  • Contact us O917 3939 227 for site viewing schedule. If OFW Buyer please arrange with your family representative to view the actual unit model. Please advise us 1 or 2 days before the schedule for the free vehicle (cut-off until 2pm) 
2. What are the requirements to reserve a Unit?
  • OFW
    • A copy of Passport
    • Latest Job Contract
    • 2 Valid ID's of your Representive here in Philippines
  • Locally Employed
    • 2 Government Valid ID's
    • Latest three (3) months Payslip or
    • Certificate of Employment with Compensation
  • Reservation Fee : P5,000
3. When can a buyer move-in?
  • RFO Units: 
    • Pay Full Required Downpayment
    • After Pag-Ibig Loan Release. Estimated processing 4-6mos.
  • Pre-Selling Units:
    • After full payment of downpayment
    • After Pag-Ibig of Bank Loan Release
    • Estimated Turn-over 2 years.
4. Are there restrictions on House Improvement?
  • Yes. Buyer must submit layout of improvement to the developer's Engineering Dept for approval. Improvement start after Move-in
5. Is there a Construction Bond on House Improvement?
  • Yes. This applies to all construction improvement outside or inside the unit. This is refundable if there is no property damage incurred after the construction. Estimated amount starts at Php 10,000 - up.
6. Who will take care of my Meralco & Water Connection? 
  •  Utilities connection is applied individually by the Buyer.
